As You all know we all suffer from stress, even if we aren’t aware of it. When you’re living from a place of stress, your body and mind is not working at it’s optimum level. So this is where this this fun, interactive and informative workshop comes in. We will teach you these easy to use techniques to help manage your stress.
Myself and Elke Blight from Abundant Wholeness will be sharing with you, the many ways you can improve your overall wellness.
Every attendee will receive handouts to take home so you can have these techniques at your fingertips for when ever you may need them.
I will be demonstrating how kinesiology works and it’s many benefits, especially for stress.
